An important book in the history and documentation of the Needles, Bob Kamps' guide was the first follow up to Herb Conn's original pamphlet. Kamps performed a herculean task in gathering the FA info and routes on the many scattered formations, and produced several sheets of excellent maps.
This listing includes TWO copies of the book, one a shelf copy signed by Herb and Jan Conn, as well as Pete Cleveland and John Gill, and one field copy to take climbing (in fair to poor condition). Also included are the Maps, in their original folio (edges reinforced with packing tape). Maps packet includes:
