Both books are jointly published by the American Alpine Club and the Alpine Club of Canada. They cover a vast swathe of Canadian mountains, including the Bugaboos, the Purcells, and the Selkirks.
Some aerial photographs and topographic maps are included, but much of these books are text descriptions with citations referring back to alpine journals. Both volumes are pocket-sized and flexibound, with covers in good condition and no signs of cracking or aging plastic
