Desert Rock: Wall Street to the San Rafael Swell by Eric Bjornstad (1997)

Aka 'Desert Rock 2". This book covers some of Moab's popular cragging, but is more valuable as the most up-to-date guidebook for climbing in the obscure and adventurous San Rafael Swell.

This book updates and expands Desert Rock (1988). This is the second book in the updated, four-volume series. Other titles include Desert Rock: Climbs in the National Parks (red book, still in print); Desert Rock III: Moab to Colorado National Monument; Desert Rock IV: The Colorado Plateau Backcountry. A fifth volume, covering Indian Creek, was never completed. Although these follow-up books are more comprehensive, many people believe they lack the magic of the original Desert Rock.
