Iranian edition of Everest: The Hard Way, describing the successful 1975 expedition to the Southwest Face of Everest. This copy is signed by Chrtistian Bonington, expedition leader, and by Doug Scott, one of the summitters.
Hardcover book in great shape, with complete dustjacket protected in vinyl Brodart. Text is in Farsi, with exception of Bonington's new introduction for this edition, which is printed in English. Small insert of color photographs in the middle. Only defect is a very slight slant to the spine and a small “Chessler Books” sticker on inside back board (pictured).
