The book covers "the ranges of the Rocky Mountains in British Columbia and Alberta, and the Selkirks, Purcells, Monashees, and Cariboos of the Columbia mountains — in the area between the 49th and 54th parallels of latitude."
Seems like a very useful book for a historian, a cartographer, or Canadian Rockies enthusiast. Anyone else, your mileage may vary.
