Nine pages, staple-bound, fold-out format. Cathedral Spires, Picket Fence, and Sylvan Lake areas covered. This is obviously a collectible more than a functional guidebook.
This is the second copy to come across my desk, and is slightly different in format than the first in terms of paper and construction (but identical in content). Possibly a few different versions were produced; I don't know. This copy is signed by Herb Conn on the cover, with the text "written in the mid 50's" printed in pen next to the signature.
