The positive approach to improving your climbing, by Adrian Berry and John Arran.
Rockfax instructional book for trad climbing. Covers everything you might need to know: Starting out, gear, protection, ropework, technique, tactics, the mind, multi-pitching, training, and destinations.
288 pages, full color. With the attention to detail and high production values which Rockfax books are known for. This is the 2017 third edition. Book has a slight crispiness on bottom outside corner, likely from living in a humid environment (my friend used this book to learn to trad climb while studying at uni in Scotland).
